Motivace a stimulace zaměstnanců

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku motivace a stimulace zaměstnanců ve firmě Gala, a. s. Prostějov. Cílem práce je zhodnotit současný motivační systém v podniku a navrhnout doporučení, která přispějí ke zvýšení pracovní motivace zaměstnanců a dále k jejich spokojenosti. Teoretická část práce popisuje základní pojmy spojené s motivací zaměstnanců. Praktická část se následně zabývá analýzou současné situace v daném podniku, jeho zhodnocením a návrhem jednotlivých doporučení pro zlepšení.

This thesis focuses on the issues of motivation and stimulation of employees in company Gala Prostejov, and the goal is to evaluate current motivation system in the company and propose recommendations that will help to increase work motivation of employees, and also their satisfaction. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts associated with employee motivation. The practical part analyzes the current situation of the company, its evaluation and proposal of recommendations for improvement.
