Práce řeší objekt novostavby hotelu v areálu Automotodromu Brno v obci Ostrovačice. Objekt má šest nadzemních podlaží. Rozměry podnože (1.NP) jsou 22 x 45m, horní část budovy (2.NP – 6.NP) má rozměry 34,5 x 16,8m, přičemž 6.NP půdorysně ustupuje od fasády. V diplomové práci byly navrženy hlavní nosní prvky prvního nadzemního podlaží včetně sloupů, průvlaku a stropní desky. Jedná se o převážně příčný stěnový konstrukční systém, který v 1.NP přechází do sloupového skeletu. Stropní konstrukce jsou navrženy jako železobetonové monolitické desky.
