Thesis home for seniors is processed in the form of project documentation which comprises all the requisites required by current regulations. Designed home for seniors is placed on the site number 253/4 in Tabor. The building has four floors. The facility is located 64 residential units social care and facilities for the elderly. Constructional system is from lime-sand bricks, prestressed concrete ceiling panels, flat roof, wooden girder trusses. Building has contact thermal insulation system.
Diplomová práce Domov pro seniory je zpracována formou projektové dokumentace obsahující všechny náležitosti dle platných předpisů. Navržený Domov pro seniory je na parcela č. 253/4 v Táboře. Objekt je čtyřpodlažní. V objektu se nachází 64 obytných jednotek sociální péče a zázemí pro seniory. Konstrukční systém je navržen z vápenopískových cihel, předpjatých betonových stropních panelů, ploché střechy sedlové střechy z příhradových vazníků. Objekt má kontaktní zateplovací systém.
