Zlepšení QMS organizace aplikací DMAIC

Abstract

The aim of this master´s thesis is to design an action to improve of selected process Design and development through DMAIC application. The thesis is focused on identifying the problem, finding the cause and following design of improves leading to eliminate problems. This improves will enable the company to achieve time savings during the process and reduce a risk of orders. Result of this is effective operation in the process.

Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení vybraného procesu Návrh a vývoj společnosti aplikací DMAIC. Práce je zaměřena na identifikaci problému, nalezení příčin a následný návrh opatření vedoucích k jejich odstranění. Toto opatření má společnosti umožnit dosáhnout časové úspory v průběhu procesu a snížení rizikovosti zakázek. Následkem bude zajištění efektivní funkce procesu.
