Nová koncepce hydraulického pohonu CPB

Abstract

The main objective of this master's thesis is to design the new conception of hydraulic drive of the baling press CPB 100 with application of modern tendencies in the field of hydraulic engineering. This thesis contains design and calculations of new hydraulic drive, hydraulic circuit diagram and the list of hydraulic elements that are used. Moreover this thesis includes the design of an electrical control and the design of hydraulic block and manifold.

Cílem této diplomové práce je vypracování návrhu nové koncepce hydraulického pohonu paketovacího lisu CPB 100 v souladu s moderními trendy v oboru hydrauliky a tvářecích strojů pro zpracování šrotu. Na základě předem zadaných technických a výkonových parametrů zařízení je proveden návrh a výpočet hydraulického obvodu, navržení seznamu hydraulických prvků, konstrukční řešení rozvodného bloku a návrh elektrického řízení pohonu.
