Abstract

Diplomová práce se věnuje rozšíření funkce robotického systému zahrnující SCARA robot upravený na 3D tiskárnu. První dvě části práce se věnují problematice robotických manipulátorů a elektromagnetického rušení. Třetí část se věnuje knihovně Motion control od společnosti Beckhoff. Následující část se zabývá popisem a testováním funkcí stávajícího systému, který je výsledkem předchozích úprav robotu. Pátá kapitola se věnuje úpravám robota včetně řešení problému s rušením enkodéru. Otestována je také schopnost 3D tisku, během kterého však dochází k tzv. warpování z důvodů nevhodné tiskové podložky. V šesté kapitole se věnuji přidaní vyhřívané podložky do systému a opětovnému tisku zkušebního objektu. Věnována je také pozornost regulaci teploty. Závěr práce se pak zabývá pokusy o zvýšení rychlosti 3D tisku a zhodnocení kvality provedených úprav.

This thesis focuses on improvement of robotic system with SCARA robot modified to work as 3D printer. First two parts are describing robot manipulators and electromagnetic interference. Third part focuses on Motion control library from Beckhoff company. Following section deals with description and testing of former system. Fifth chapter covers modification of the system, solving problem with encoder unreliability. The 3D printing capabilities of system are also tested, during which a warping issue appears due to non-heated print surface. In sixth chapter, the headbed is added and a sample 3D model is printed again. Final part describes installation of heatbed to the system and printing sample model. Finally, attempts are made to improve speed of 3D printing and impact of modifications is evaluated.
