The subject of this diploma thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a retirement home. The new building is located in Vysoké Mýto. The building is divided into three parts SO 01, SO 02 and SO 03. Part SO 01 has three floors and is partially basement. In the basement there are technical facilities, warehouses and a workshop. On the first floor there are offices and staff facilities, hygiene facilities, a dining room with its own kitchen for providing food for the entire building. There is also a surgery and a hairdresser/pedicure, which are also accessible to the public through a side entrance. On the second and third floors there are single rooms for clients, nurses' rooms with facilities, handy storage rooms for medicines, dirty and clean linen and other necessary materials. There are also social, reminiscence, rehabilitation, cleaning and housekeeping rooms. There are 8 single rooms on each floor. Part SO 02 has two above-ground floors and one underground floor. In the basement there is a technical room, an air conditioning machine room, a laundry room and a drying room with clean and dirty linen storage rooms, and a backup power source. The above-ground floor of this part serves mainly as a residential area, with a total of 11 double rooms designed here. Necessary facilities for staff, storage rooms, a café, a buffet, and others. The last southern part of SO 03 has only one above-ground floor. 7 double rooms, a nurse's room, storage rooms, a reminiscence room, and technical facilities are designed here. The detailed documentation for the diploma thesis is prepared only for part SO 01. The vertical load-bearing structures are made of ceramic blocks of the type and of lost formwork. The building is insulated with a contact insulation system. The horizontal ceiling structures and staircases are made of reinforced concrete. The building is covered with a flat vegetation roof.

Předmětem diplomové práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro novostavbu domova pro seniory. Novostavba je umístěna na pozemcích ve Vysokém Mýtě. Objekt je rozdělen na tři části SO 01, SO 02 a SO 03. Část SO 01 má tři nadzemní podlaží a je částečně podsklepená. V suterénu se nachází technické zázemí, sklady a dílna. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází kanceláře a zázemí personálu, hygienické zázemí, jídelna s vlastní kuchyní pro zajištění stravy celé budovy. Dále je zde umístěna ordinace a kadeřnictví/pedikúra, které jsou přístupné i pro veřejnost vedlejším vchodem. Ve druhém a třetím nadzemním podlaží jsou navrženy jednolůžkové pokoje pro klienty, sesterny se zázemím, příruční sklady na léky, na špinavé a čisté prádlo a ostatní potřebný materiál. Nachází se zde také společenské, reminiscenční, rehabilitační, čistící a úklidové místnosti. Na každém patře je 8 jednolůžkových pokojů. Část SO 02 má dvě nadzemní a jedno podzemní podlaží. V suterénu se nachází technická místnost, strojovna VZT, prádelna a sušárna se sklady čistého a špinavého prádla, záložní zdroj. Nadzemní podlaží této části slouží převážně jako obytné, je zde navrženo celkem 11 dvoulůžkových pokojů. Potřebné zázemí pro personál, sklady, kavárna, bufet a jiné. Poslední jižní část SO 03 má pouze jedno nadzemní podlaží. Zde je navrženo 7 dvoulůžkových pokojů, sesterna, sklady, reminiscenční místnost a technické zázemí. Prováděcí dokumentace diplomové práce je zpracována pouze pro část SO 01. Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou z keramických tvárnic typu a ze ztraceného bednění. Objekt je zateplen kontaktním zateplovacím systémem. Vodorovné stropní konstrukce a schodiště jsou ze železobetonu. Zastřešení objektu tvoří plochá vegetační střecha.
