In my thesis I am working on the motifs I have been working on for the last three years, namely the motifs of contemporary funeral rites of passage against the background of historical ones. I note how we consciously and unconsciously displace these rituals from our lives and wonder why this is so and whether anything could be done about it. The Good Death is a hand-embroidered tapestry that illustrates with a slight exaggeration some of the contemporary phenomena of people's relationship to death, and confronts the audience with their own attitudes towards it.

Ve své diplomové práci zpracovávám motivy, jimž se věnuji poslední tři roky, a sice motivy přechodových pohřebních rituálů současných na pozadí těch historických. Všímám si, jak tyto rituály vědomě i nevědomě vytěsňujeme z našich životů a zamýšlím se nad tím, proč tomu tak je, a zda by se s tím dalo něco dělat. Dobrá smrt“ představuje ručně vyšívanou tapisérii, která s lehkou nadsázkou ilustruje některé současné fenomény vztahů lidí ke smrti, a konfrontuje diváctvo s jeho vlastními přístupy k ní.
