This thesis deals with the issue of the municipality's investment plan. The theoretical part first explains what public contracts are and how they can be financed in practice. In the theoretical part of the thesis, individual methods for evaluating the effectiveness of public investments are also described in detail, and the issue of investment planning is also approached. In the practical part, a case study is prepared, the aim of which is to characterize the selected investment plan in the village Jeneč, to determine the socio-economic impacts on the development of the village and finally to evaluate the influence of the selected investment on the development of the village.

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou investičního záměru obce. V teoretické části je nejprve vysvětleno, co jsou to veřejné zakázky a jakými způsoby je lze v praxi financovat. Dále jsou zde taktéž detailně popsány jednotlivé metody pro hodnocení efektivnosti veřejných investic a přiblížena je i problematika investičního plánování. V praktické části je pak zpracována případová studie, jejímž cílem je charakterizovat vybraný investiční záměr v obci Jeneč, určit socioekonomické dopady na rozvoj této obce, a nakonec zhodnotit vliv vybrané investice na rozvoj obce.
