The aim of this master‘s thesis is the elaboration of design documentation for the construction of retirement home in Opava. The project documentation includes the layout of the residential units for accommodation of the elderly and non-residential areas of the main building intended for common use. The home for the elderly is designed in a campus manner. All buildings are single-storey roofed with vegetated flat roofs. The project documentation also deals with the structural design of walls, ceilings, partial basement, foundation structures and flat roofs.

Cílem této diplomové práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby domova pro seniory v Opavě. Projektová dokumentace obsahuje řešení dispozic bytových jednotek pro ubytování seniorů a nebytových prostor hlavní budovy určené pro společné užívání. Domov pro seniory je řešen areálovým způsobem. Všechny stavby jsou jednopodlažní zastřešeny vegetačními plochými střechami. Projektová dokumentace se dále zabývá konstrukčním řešením stěn, stropů, částečného podsklepení, základových konstrukcí a zastřešení plochými střechami.
