The master's thesis analyses a selected investment project in the municipality of Ohnišov. The theoretical part defines the economic cycle, public investment, investment project, financing of contracts, municipal management and spatial planning. The practical part analyses the municipality as a whole, its management, long-term goals and compares them in the context of the whole country, and analyses the chosen approach of financing the project and compares it with possible alternatives. In the conclusion, the findings are summarised and recommendations are made.

Diplomová práce analyzuje vybraný investiční záměr v obci Ohnišov. Teoretická část definuje hospodářský cyklus, veřejné investice, investiční projekt, financování zakázek, hospodaření obce a územní plánování. Praktická část analyzuje obec jako celek, její hospodaření, dlouhodobé cíle a porovnává v kontextu celé ČR, dále rozebírá zvolený přístup financování daného záměru a porovnává s možnými alternativy. V závěru jsou shrnuty zjištěné skutečnosti a jsou provedena doporučení.
