Authors: Vohralíková, Petra;
Abstract

The subject of the thesis is the preparation of project documentation for construction. The goal of the work is the design of a children's home for children who have been ordered to receive institutional education. The building is situated in the outskirts of Chrudim. It is a detached building. The building has a partial basement with 4 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor. The building is based on plain concrete foundations. The vertical structures are designed as ceramic masonry, in the underground floor the perimeter masonry consists of concrete blocks of lost formwork. Horizontal structures are designed as reinforced concrete monolithic. The roofs of the building are designed as flat vegetation with extensive greenery. In total, there are three housing units in the building for family groups of eight children each. Furthermore, social and administrative spaces are designed in the building. On the first floor above ground there are offices, a common room and spaces for leisure activities of the guests. A study room, a PC classroom, an exercise room and one apartment for 8 children and 1 teacher are designed on the second floor. The third and fourth above-ground floors have the same layout and each has one apartment unit. The building's technical facilities and storage areas are located in the basement.
