The diploma thesis deals with the proposal of a business plan. The theoretical part defines the reasons for compiling a business plan and the general process of its creation. The creation of the plan is described progressively, with the structure that is commonly used for a business plan. The second part of the thesis presents the proposal of a specific business plan. The topic of this plan is the project of an apartment building with retail space. The content of the plan is the introduction of the company behind the project, the acquaintance with the circumstances of the project, financial and other analyzes that are needed for the composition of the business plan.

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem podnikatelského záměru. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny důvody k sestavení podnikatelského záměru a obecný postup tvorby. Tvorba záměru je zde popsána postupně, ve struktuře, která se běžně pro podnikatelský záměr používá. Druhá část diplomové práce se zabývá sestavením konkrétního podnikatelského záměru. Tématem tohoto záměru je projekt bytového domu s obchodními prostory. Obsahem záměru je představení společnosti, která stojí za projektem, obeznámení s okolnostmi projektu, finanční a jiné analýzy potřebné k sestavení podnikatelského záměru.
