This paper focuses on possible utilization of LoRa (Long Range) technology for indoorlocalization purposes. The SK-iM282A starter kit is used to create a LoRa-based wireless link in the2.4 GHz ISM band. The rightness of the proposed measurement setup and methodology is verifiedand compared with a state-of-the-art concept. Preliminary results show that the accuracy of LoRabasedindoor localization is highly depending on the used LoRa signal configuration.
