Tato diplomova prace je zamerena na cesty navyseni celkove efektivnosti zarizeni v podminkach konkretniho podnikatelskeho subjektu. Tim je Logaritma a.s., ktera se pohybuje na trhu automotive, tedy automobiloveho prumyslu. Obsahem je analyza soucasneho stavu celkove efektivnosti zarizeni za cely podnik a na konkretne zvolene montazni lince a analyza soucasneho stavu relokovanych projektu od zakaznika. Pro konkretni montazni linky budou navrzena reseni vedouci k navyseni celkove efektivnosti zarizeni, pomoci metod vyuzivanych ve stihlych podnicich. Jsou vymezena teoreticka vychodiska.
This master‘s thesis is focused on ways, which are aimed at increasing the overall equipment effectiveness in the conditions of a particular business subject. This is the Logaritma a.s., which focuses on the automotive industry. The content is an analysis of the current status and overall equipment effectiveness for the entire enterprise and on the concretely chosen assembly lines. For specific assembly lines is proposed to solutions to establish equipment efficiency, using methods used in lean company. Theoretical solutions are defined.
