Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce je studium oxidové mezifáze keramického kompozitu v závislosti na množství prekurzoru, který se používá u sol – gel metody k nanášení tenké vrstvy oxidu titaničitého na korundový povrch.

Diploma thesis deals with the research of oxide interphase of ceramic composite in dependence on the amount of precursor used in sol – gel method for deposition of titanium dioxide thin layer on corundum.
