Abstract

V této diplomové práci je zpracován podnikatelský plán na založení nové restaurace ve francouzském stylu. Na základě teoretických východisek a provedených analýz je zpracován podnikatelský záměr, který by měl umožnit firmě úspěšný vstup na trh.

In this diploma thesis is developed the business plan creation for an establishment of a new restaurant in French style. Based on the theoretical background and analysis is prepared a business plan that will enable successful market entry.
