El presente trabajo consiste en realizar un Estudio de Impacto Ambiental del proyecto de la construcción, puesta en marcha y funcionamiento de una explotación industrial, en concreto de una granja de engorde avícola, en todas sus fases, abarcando la modificación del terreno, construcción de la nave y tras esto, el impacto que puede causar el funcionamiento de esta. En este documento también se propondrán una serie de medidas correctoras y protectoras, para minimizar los impactos negativos, y un Programa de Vigilancia Ambiental para verificar el correcto desarrollo del proyecto y sus afecciones ambientales

The present work consists of carrying out an Environmental Impact Study of the project for the construction, start-up and industrial operation, specifically a poultry fattening farm, in all of its phases, covering the modification of the land, the construction of the building and, after that, the impact that the operation of the farm may cause. This document will also propose a series of corrective and protective measures to minimize negative impacts, and an Environmental Monitoring Programme to verify the correct development of the project ant its environmental conditions
