Abstract

En la actualidad, muchos de los problemas que se encuentran en las empresas son ocasionados por el absentismo laboral de los trabajadores. Las nuevas exigencias en el trabajo así como el desajuste entre los requisitos del puesto y el rendimiento de cada persona han dado lugar a la aparición de nuevos riesgos y con ello un aumento del absentismo laboral
