Influencia del "Plan Ibarretxe"

Abstract

Este trabajo de fin de grado ha consistido en un análisis documental sobre la posible legitimidad que podría tener el derecho de autodeterminación, o derecho de secesión, dentro de un Estado Democrático equilibrado perteneciente a una Comunidad de Estados, como sus consecuencias en el marco del Derecho Internacional y Derecho Europeo. Se ha escogido como objeto de examinación la Propuesta del Parlamento Vasco para la convivencia en Euskadi y, la consecutiva, Ley de convocatoria y regulación de una consulta popular para alcanzar la paz y la normalización política. Incorporando un análisis de la actual situación en el País Vasco en relación a la autodeterminación y nacionalismo. Como resultado, se ha obtenido que dentro del marco jurídico interno no hay cabida a la regulación de tales derechos y en el ámbito externo puede existir la posibilidad de aceptación del derecho de la autodeterminación, cumpliendo una serie de requisitos
