EL BLANQUEO DE CAPITALES SE TRATA DE UNA DE LAS ACTIVIDADES ILÍCITAS QUE MÁS PREOCUPAN A LAS AUTORIDADES INTERNACIONALES EN LA ACTUALIDAD. SE HAN DESARROLLADO IMPORTANTES CAMBIOS DESDE SUS ORÍGENES, CONDUCIENDO A LAS ORGANIZACIONES MUNDIALES A BUSCAR NUEVAS METODOLOGÍAS PARA PALIAR LA ACCIÓN DE AQUELLAS PERSONAS FÍSICAS O JURÍDICAS QUE PRETENDEN SORTEAR LA LEGISLACIÓN VIGENTE Y VERSE FAVORECIDAS POR LOS BENEFICIOS QUE LES FACILITA EL LAVADO DE DINERO.
