Abstract

El blanqueo de capitales se trata de una de las actividades ilícitas que más preocupan a las autoridades internacionales en la actualidad. Se han desarrollado importantes cambios desde sus orígenes, conduciendo a las organizaciones mundiales a buscar nuevas metodologías para paliar la acción de aquellas personas físicas o jurídicas que pretenden sortear la legislación vigente y verse favorecidas por los beneficios que les facilita el lavado de dinero.
