Abstract

El presente trabajo trata sobre los aforamientos parlamentarios y gubernativos, a nivel nacional y a nivel autonómico. Se analizará: -el origen del aforamiento, evolución histórica y concepto actual. -la figura del aforado, competencia de enjuiciamiento y protección. -propuestas de reforma para la limitación de los aforamientos en la CE y en las CCAA.
