Abstract

La situación ambiental del planeta en la actualidad entendida según los expertos como emergencia climática, hace necesario investigar a nivel global, sobre alternativas que puedan reducir los impactos ambientales derivados de la acción antrópica: En este sentido, la agricultura en la actualidad, debe estar sometida a una revisión y análisis del papel que dicha actividad supone en la contaminación de los recursos naturales, intentado aportar técnicas sostenibles ante el modelo agrícola predominante. Frente al evidente agotamiento de los suelos a base de agroquímicos, existen soluciones sostenibles como son los abonos orgánicos. En el presente trabajo se lleva a cabo, una revisión bibliográfica de las propiedades y características concretas, así como de la evaluación del uso y aprovechamiento del bocashi en cultivos ecológicos. A través de publicaciones realizadas por las sociedades científicas con una base sólida sobre los conocimientos científicos asociados desde diferentes ámbitos a este abono, se muestran consensuadamente los resultados del bocashi, resaltando su uso como una herramienta eficiente y dinamizadora que puede ser aplicada a la agroecología en cualquier región.

The environmental situation of the planet today understood by experts as a climate emergency, makes it necessary to investigate at a global level, on alternatives that can reduce the environmental impacts arising from anthropic action: In this sense, agriculture, must currently be subject to a review and analysis of the role that this activity plays in the pollution of natural resources, trying to provide sustainable techniques in the face of the predominant agricultural model. In the face of obvious depletion of agrochemical soils, there are sustainable solutions such as organic fertilizers. In this work, a bibliographic review of the properties and specific characteristics, as well as the evaluation of the use and use of bocashi in organic crops, is carried out. Through publications made by scientific societies with a solid basis on the scientific knowledge associated from different fields to this compost, the results of bocashi are agreed, highlighting its use as an efficient and dynamizing tool that can be applied to Agroecology in any region.
