The purpose of this Master's Final Project will be to analyze the relationship between the strength of the upper body and manual grip and the range of movement of the main joints of the lower limb with the level of performance in sports climbing practitioners. For this, will be evaluate the flexibility of the main muscle groups of the lower extremity (gluteus maximus, hamstring, adductor, hip rotator, psoas-iliac, quadriceps, gastrocnemius and soleus), the maximum manual grip strength and the resistance strength of the scapular waist. A total of ninety climbers with a minimum of one year of federated sports experience in climbing will be part of this study.
