Adhesion al tratamiento anticoagulante.

Abstract

El tratamiento anticoagulante data de los años 40 y se ha basado, hasta hace poco tiempo, exclusivamente en dos fármacos Warfarina y Acenocumarol. Con los avances de la medicina, han surgido otros fármacos, aunque el más usado en nuestro país a día de hoy sigue siendo el Acenocumarol, a pesar de sus numerosas complicaciones (necesidad de monitorización, variación de dosis, interacción con alimentos y medicamentos etc.). Dada la complejidad de este tratamiento, se hace evidente la necesidad de un control protocolizado del seguimiento de dichos pacientes con la finalidad de mejorar la adherencia al tratamiento. Para ello resulta útil el uso de escalas o cuestionarios para conocer las percepciones del paciente y el grado de cumplimiento del tratamiento para poder realizar un abordaje más completo. Ante la ausencia de herramientas específicas para dicho tratamento, se propone a continuaci 3;n un cuestionario específico para valorar la adherencia al tratamiento anticoagulante.
