Abstract

HABITUALMENTE ENTRENADORES Y DEPORTISTAS SE CUESTIONAN QUÉ EJERCICIOS INCLUIR EN SUS PLANIFICACIONES Y CÓMO REALIZARLOS. EL ÁNGULO QUE ALCANCEMOS PARA REALIZAR UN DETERMINADO MOVIMIENTO DE UNA ARTICULACIÓN ES DEPENDIENTE DE DOS COMPONENTES: EL ROM (RANGE OF MOTION) Y LA LONGITUD DEL MÚSCULO. APLICANDO ESTOS CONCEPTOS A LOS DISTINTOS EJERCICIOS UTILIZADOS EN ENTRENAMIENTO, PODRÍAMOS DIFERENCIAR ENTRE TRABAJAR EN ROM COMPLETO O ROM PARCIAL. ¿ES LO MISMO REALIZAR UN SQUAT PARCIAL QUE UN SQUAT COMPLETO? EL OBJETIVO DE ESTE TRABAJO FIN DE GRADO, ES CONOCER LOS EFECTOS CRÓNICOS EN DIVERSAS VARIABLES, DESPUÉS DE HABER REALIZADO UN ENTRENAMIENTO DE FUERZA CON DIFERENTES ANGULACIONES, ANALIZANDO LA LITERATURA ESPECÍFICA RELACIONADA.
