La movilidad laboral en la reforma laboral del 2012: movilidad geográfica y migración laboral

Abstract

La reforma Laboral de 2012 ha favorecido al aumento de la movilidad laboral. Es una materia que reviste un grado importante de complejidad, controversia e impacto social para los trabajadores españoles. El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar la movilidad laboral tanto desde la perspectiva teórica y normativa como desde el punto de vista empírico. Por ello, este análisis se desarrolla considerando por un lado, los trabajadores que son trasladados o desplazados por las empresas de una región a otra y por otro lado, las personas que se desplazan en busca de empleo. Para ello, se emplea los Datos Básicos de Movilidad publicada por el Servicio Público de Empleo Estatal para llevar a cabo el análisis de la movilidad laboral de los trabajadores españoles y extranjeros en nuestro país.
