Voleibol sentado: Comportamiento del brazo de apoyo en la ejecución técnica del remate

Abstract

Las lesiones tanto musculares como articulares en el voleibol sentado están directamente asociadas al sobreesfuerzo de los miembros superiores en los atletas. Por lo tanto el objetivo de este estudio fue describir el comportamiento del brazo de apoyo en la ejecución del gesto técnico de remate en esta disciplina deportiva. Participaron 22 sujetos de 19 a 30 años (jugadores de voleibol), los cuales fueron medidos con una plataforma de fuerzas (Kistler 9287CA, 900x600 mm). Cada deportista ubicó su extremidad no dominante sobre la plataforma y trató de ejecutar el remate en la dirección establecida por el investigador. Los datos analizados correspondieron al componente vertical de la fuerza ejercida en la plataforma y el Momento de fuerza. Los picos máximos registrados en cada repetición realizada por cada sujeto fueron los datos de relevancia para esta investigación. Las condiciones de ejecució n (Dirección del remate y Sentido de lanzamiento del balón) fueron contrabalanceadas, asignando un orden aleatorio a cada participante.
