Abstract

"ENTRENAMIENTO FUNCIONAL VINCULADO A LAS SUPERFICIES INESTABLES Y SU APLICACIÓN AL RENDIMIENTO. EL ENTRENAMIENTO EN SUPERFICIE INESTABLE SE BASA PRINCIPALMENTE EN EL ENTRENAMIENTO DEL EQUILIBRIO, SUELE EMPLEAR DIFERENTES HERRAMIENTAS PARA REALIZAR PROGRESIONES, SE EMPLEAN DE MANERA TRADICIONAL: SWISS BALL, BOSU, DYNA DISC, WOBBLE BOARDS, ETC., TAMBIÉN ELEMENTOS MÁS ACTUALES EL TRX O FOAM ROLLER. ESTE ESTUDIO REALIZA UNA REVISIÓN BIBLIOGRÁFICA ENFOCADA EN EL ANÁLISIS DE INTERVENCIONES DE UNA DURACIÓN MÍNIMA 2 SEMANAS, REALIZADAS EN SUPERFICIES INESTABLES COMPARADAS CON OTRAS DE CARÁCTER ESTABLE O TRADICIONAL. LA REVISIÓN SE CENTRA EN ANALIZAR PARÁMETROS DE RENDIMIENTO EN SALTO, SPRINT Y FUERZA ADEMÁS DE COMPARAR LOS EFECTOS QUE SE PRODUCEN SEGÚN LA DURACIÓN Y LA INTENSIDAD DE LA INTERVENCIÓN. COMPARANDO AMBOS TIPOS DE ENTRENAMIENTOS NO SE OBSERVAN DIFERENCIAS EN LA MEJORA DE SALTABILIDAD. EN CUANTO A VELOCIDAD, SE OBSERVAN MAYORES MEJORAS MEDIANTE EL ENTRENAMIENTO ESTABLE, PERO NO SE OBSERVAN DIFERENCIAS EN PRUEBAS CON COMPONENTE DE AGILIDAD. ANALIZANDO EL PARÁMETRO DE FUERZA, NO OBSERVAMOS DIFERENCIAS EN CUANTO A FUERZA DINÁMICA MÁXIMA, PERO SI OBSERVAMOS UN DESCENSO EN CUANTO A RFD Y EMG EN MUSCULATURA DEL MIEMBRO INFERIOR."
