Análisis Retrospectivo del Impacto de la Trombosis de la Vena Porta en el Trasplante Hepático Ortotópico

Abstract

Analizar la incidencia de trombosis venosa portal en los candidatos a trasplante hepático ortotópico en nuestro centro, así como los factores pre y posoperatorios que puedan estar relacionados con esta complicación y las tasas de supervivencia al año. Material y Método Se realizó un estudio retrospectivo de los pacientes sometidos a trasplantes hepático ortotópico en el Hospital Universitario Virgen del Rocío desde Junio de 2007 hasta Diciembre de 2013. Los candidatos fueron clasificados de acuerdo a si presentaban trombosis venosa portal. En todos los casos, consideraremos la edad, el sexo, el MELD score, tipo de trombosis, estudio diagnóstico de imagen, la técnica quirúrgica, la transfusión de concentrados de hematíes, pico GPT, el flujo portal posrevascularización y la tasa de supervivencia. Importancia El resultado del análisis de los datos estudiados podrá utilizarse para la realización de un protocolo que sirva a nuestro servicio para optimizar los recursos necesarios en pacientes que presenten esta complicación
