Capacidad predictiva en las necesidades de personal en las empresas: Una revisión sistemática

Abstract

Este estudio analiza la evolución y aplicación de modelos predictivos en la planificación de necesidades de personal en las empresas, destacando su impacto en la gestión de recursos humanos. A través de una revisión sistemática, se comparan metodologías tradicionales con enfoques modernos basados en análisis de datos e inteligencia artificial. Los resultados evidencian que herramientas como People Analytics y machine learning han optimizado la toma de decisiones estratégicas en la gestión del talento, aunque su implementación presenta desafíos, especialmente en pequeñas y medianas empresas. Además, se identifican barreras relacionadas con la calidad de los datos, la infraestructura tecnológica y las implicaciones éticas del uso de IA en la selección y retención de empleados. Se concluye que la previsión de necesidades de personal basada en modelos predictivos es clave para mejorar la competitividad y sostenibilidad empresarial, siempre que se implemente de manera ética y adaptativa.

This study analyses the evolution and application of predictive models in workforce planning, highlighting their impact on human resource management. Through a systematic review, traditional methodologies are compared with modern approaches based on data analysis and artificial intelligence. The findings show that tools such as People Analytics and machine learning have optimised strategic decision-making in talent management, although their implementation presents challenges, particularly for small and medium-sized enterprises. Additionally, barriers related to data quality, technological infrastructure, and the ethical implications of using AI in employee selection and retention are identified. The study concludes that workforce forecasting based on predictive models is essential for enhancing business competitiveness and sustainability, provided that it is implemented ethically and adaptively.
