Proyecto de apertura de un gimnasio comercial

Abstract

Este trabajo se centra en la creación de un proyecto de apertura para un gimnasio comercial de 1500 m2, cubriendo la justificación de las condiciones técnicas necesarias para su funcionamiento. El proyecto aborda aspectos como la seguridad, accesibilidad, iluminación, ventilación, climatización e instalaciones eléctricas, entre otras. Para el cumplimiento normativo, se han utilizado el código técnico de la edificación, el reglamento de instalaciones térmicas en los edificios, el reglamento electrotécnico para baja tensión, así como normativas autonómicas y locales específicas. También se han seguido las guías del instituto para la diversificación y ahorro de la energía y normas une aplicables al ámbito de instalaciones y edificación. En cuanto al desarrollo del diseño se han empleado los siguientes softwares: Autocad, Ecodial, Dialux, Hulc. El resultado es un proyecto cumple con los requisitos legales y también promueve un entorno seguro, funcional y sostenible para los usuarios.
