Abstract

Este trabajo investiga cómo diferentes métodos de entrenamiento de fuerza afectan el rendimiento en el press de banca. Se compararon dos grupos: uno que entrenó con rango de movimiento completo (rom completo) y otro con variabilidad en el rango de movimiento (vrom). Participaron nueve hombres con al menos un año de experiencia en entrenamiento de fuerza. La intervención duró ocho semanas, con dos sesiones semanales. Se realizaron mediciones de repetición máxima, lanzamiento de balón medicinal, curva fuerza-velocidad y repeticiones hasta el fallo.
