Abstract

Hay numerosas modalidades de combate, donde cada una de ellas requiere de unas necesidades técnico-tácticas, teniendo además perfiles fisiológicos diferentes. Evaluar y controlar los indicadores de rendimiento de las disciplinas es indispensable para el observar el desarrollo de los deportistas. Las modalidades de striking son aquellas donde las acciones que predominan son las de golpeo. La presente revisión trata de analizar los test que se están utilizando en las modalidades de striking y, ver cuales pueden ser susceptibles para reproducirse en modalidades de Muay Thai y K1.
