Factores psicosociales en el ámbito laboral

Abstract

Los riesgos psicosociales tienen una prevalencia de exposición considerable en la población trabajadora, tanto en el impacto físico como mental. Este artículo se basa en una revisión bibliográfica sobre la influencia de los factores psicosociales, en el ámbito laboral y su relación de manifestaciones, como cuadros de agotamiento, posibilidad de sufrir síndrome burnout, estrés laboral y mobbing. También se va a abordar las principales soluciones propuestas por diferentes autores, para minimizar las consecuencias que tiene las agresiones, en la incidencia de los riesgos psicosociales y patología, que puede expresarse en el trabajador. Por último analizaremos métodos de evaluación para trabajador, en el ámbito organizacional de la empresa.
