Programa Psicología Del Rendimiento Deportivo

Abstract

After applying a psychological evaluation skills in a specific case of an athlete, deficits were observed in stress management. Therefore, a personalized intervention program, in which it intervenes on psychological variables related to stress, was designed. These variables are: self-confidence, beliefs, self-talk, objective approach and relaxivity. The working hypothesis is that the athlete will improve his ability to manage and reduce athletic stress after the intervention program.
