Abstract

El trabajo nocturno cada vez es más común en España, no obstante, puede ser perjudicial para la salud tanto física como mental de los empleados que desempeñan esta modalidad laboral. En este programa de intervención, se centrará en lo dañina que puede ser la alteración del sueño, de los hábitos alimentarios y de la vida social de estos trabajadores. Mediante este programa de intervención, compuesto por seis sesiones teórico/prácticas y dirigido a los empresarios que tienen negocios con turnos de nocturnidad, se va a proponer una serie de condiciones que deben imponer en sus negocios para evitar, en la medida de lo posible, esos efectos y consecuencias perjudiciales para los empleados que trabajan durante las noches.

Night work is increasingly common in Spain, however, it can be harmful to the physical and mental health of employees who perform this type of work. In this intervention program, it will focus on how harmful is the alteration of sleep, eating habits and social life of these workers can be. Through this intervention program, composed of six theoretical/practical sessions and aimed at businessman who have businesses with night timetable, a series of conditions will be proposed that they must impose in their businesses to avoid, as far as possible, these effects and harmful consequences for employees who work during the nights.
