Abstract

La ansiedad es uno de los problemas de salud mental que más afecta a la población hoy en día. No es de extrañar que esta enfermedad afecte dentro del entorno laboral. No obstante, hay un aumento del número y la duración de las bajas laborales por ansiedad. Esta afecta negativamente al trabajador dado que repercute en su rendimiento laboral y autoestima, desencadenando, mal ambiente laboral, ausentismo y absentismo para evitar situaciones ansiosas. Con el objetivo de paliar esta situación, el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo ofrecer una guía que permita a los trabajadores y trabajadoras conocer qué es la ansiedad laboral, servir como prueba de screening o cribado dentro de las empresas para descubrir el nivel de la ansiedad de los empleados. Además de ofrecer unas sesiones de aprendizaje de diferentes técnicas de afrontamiento de la ansiedad basadas en técnicas de respiración, relajación muscular y reestructuración cognitiva.

Anxiety is one of the mental health problems that most affects the current population. It is not surprising that this disease affects the working environment. there is an increase in the number and duration of work absences due to anxiety. However, this negatively affects the worker since it impact his work performance and self-esteem, triggering, poor work environment, absenteeism and absenteeism to avoid anxious situations. With the aim of alleviating this situation, this paper aims to offer a guide that allows workers to know what is social anxiety and to serve as a screening tool within companies to discover the level of anxiety of employees. In addition to offering learning sessions of different anxiety coping techniques based on breathing techniques, muscle relaxation and cognitive restructuring.
