El estrés laboral y los factores psicosociales

Abstract

This project aims to learn the effect of stress produced by work on the workers condition and their health. Stress is one of the main causes of physiological and Psychological diseases, for this reason, it is imperative to highlight that as time goes on, people are more aware of the importance of our health and our work on a daily basis, especially in the digitalized and ever changing world that we live in. Human beings have a survival instinct, we need to fulfill our physiological needs and work to survive. In the present, people often take on more responsibilities on a professional level and this often leads to them feeling trapped and not getting enough mental rest. We must be able to detect the psychosocial factors that surround us and be able to deal with the situations that are presented to us.
