Prestaciones asignadas a familias numerosas

Abstract

Our work will be based on social security benefits allocated to large families. With this, we will deal with the legislative evolution of social benefits from the dictatorship of Primo de Rivera to the present day. A study of the legal system in Spain will also be carried out, defining the notion of a large family as a protected family. The whole system of family social policies will then be explained. A distinction will therefore be made between benefits at State level and at the level of the Autonomous Communities. Finally, specific attention will be paid to the explanation of benefits developed to protect large families.
