Abstract

El trabajo consiste en una propuesta de protocolo de actuación frente al acoso laboral. en él comenzamos dando distintas definiciones de lo que es el acoso laboral según distintos autores, indicamos los tipos de acoso que existen, la normativa aplicable a este tipo de casos y seguidamente formulamos un protocolo de actuación, indicando los pasos a seguir en caso de que cualquier trabajador de una empresa sea víctima de acoso laboral. por último, añadimos una serie de medidas de actuación y prevención.
