Abstract

Estudio de los términos internacionales (INCOTERMS), desarrollados por la Cámara de Comercio Internacional, y que son utilizados en los contratos de compraventa internacional de mercaderías. Investigación de la Lex mercatoria, y de las principales instituciones recopiladoras del derecho internacional privado. Estudio realizado, con el objetivo de desarrollar y observar detenidamente estos términos internacionales, y su posición en el derecho uniforme internacional.
