Cuantificación de la carga táctica en el balonmano

Abstract

En la mayoría de los equipos colectivos se utiliza la carga física como carga total de entrenamiento, dejando de lado aspectos como la táctica, definida por Álvarez (2002) como el proceso en el que se conjugan todas las posibilidades físicas, técnicas, teóricas y para solucionar las diferentes situaciones cambiantes que se crean en deportes de oposición. Debido a la importancia que supone para el control del entrenamiento conocer la carga mental de los jugadores en cada situación y la escasez de investigaciones referentes al deporte, el presente trabajo se propuso evaluar la carga mental de jugadores de balonmano a través del método NASA-TLX de Arquer y Nogareda (2001) modificado al contexto deportivo mediante la realización de una serie de tareas. Se encontraron cambios respecto a la variación de las cargas mentales en las tareas pero no hubo diferencias significat ivas entre ninguna de ellas.
