Abstract

El objetivo general de este proyecto consistió en implementar un software como servicio (SaaS) en MiPyMEs del sector de sistemas hidráulicos y equipos de bombeo, con el fin de generar una ventaja competitiva para la empresa frente a otras empresas del sector. Para lograr la consecución de dicho objetivo, se realizó un análisis a la cadena de valor de una empresa del sector ubicada en la ciudad de Bogotá, sobre la cual se escogieron dos procesos clave y se implementó una herramienta SaaS para cada proceso seleccionado, realizando un análisis de las características y arquitectura de varias herramientas similares y de esta manera escoger la que más se adaptara a los procesos seleccionados
