Abstract

El proyecto se realiza en la ciudad de Bogotá, puntualmente en el sector de las chapinero UPZ Pardo Rubio, entre la calle 62 con carrera 1, donde se establece una intervención urbana a gran escala principalmente con el propósito de atender a la población de escasos recursos, planteando un esquema de vivienda, apoyada en la normatividad vigente y los planes futuros de desarrollo. Debido a la falta de oportunidades y las condiciones en que viven estas personas, este trabajo tiene como objetivo proponer una solución a esta problemática mediante una intervención de viviendas de calidad y espacios urbanos acompañados de sitios especialmente desarrollados para capacitarlos en diversos oficios con la intención de brindarles nuevas posibilidades y opciones laborales diferentes
