Abstract

El proyecto "Centro de Capacitación Artística y Desarrollo Cultural" es la propuesta de grado para obtener el título de Arquitectura en la Universidad Católica de Colombia. Se enfoca en abordar las principales dificultades de los habitantes del barrio Juan José Rondón en Usme, relacionadas con la desigualdad social y la falta de espacios de integración comunitaria. El objetivo es generar espacios que fortalezcan la inclusión y la formación artístico-cultural, resaltando la tradición local. Se plantea la creación de zonas de esparcimiento, la reforma del espacio público, el apoyo a la creación artística e integración de la comunidad. El proyecto busca mejorar la calidad de vida de la comunidad a través del arte y la cultura, fomentando la participación activa, la integración juvenil y la formación de habilidades y talentos.
