Abstract

El presente trabajo está enfocado al desarrollo de un proyecto integral en el barrio los olivos de Bogotá, como plan estratégico de implementación y desarrollo de viviendas de interés social que busca mostrar una nueva perspectiva de diseño y confort, teniendo en cuenta que es importante integrar la sociedad y el medio ambiente, como un conjunto de factores sostenibles que se deben fortalecer para lograr un proyecto integral de cambio, aportando un nuevo concepto de vivienda de interés social.
