Abstract

Se realiza a través de este trabajo una propuesta metodológica donde se establece la implementación de nuevas teorías de aprendizaje con las herramientas tecnológicas de gamificación que permita la mejora en las curvas de aprendizaje usando estas herramientas prácticas dentro de la capacitación, esto con el objetivo adicional de establecer un rendimiento mayor en los KPIs de una empresa.
