Abstract

Identificar las falencias en alcance, tiempo y costo, presentadas en el proyecto “hospital de San Roque - ubicado en el municipio de Curití- Santander” a partir de la implementación de una matriz de riesgos basada en los lineamientos del PMBOK 7ma. edición que permita establecer buenas prácticas y lecciones aprendidas aplicables a proyectos con características similares.
