Abstract

Este trabajo de investigación tecnológica se centra en el diseño de un plan de manejo de riesgo para el municipio de Salgar basados en los resultados de un software simulador llamado Delft 3D, también se realizó una caracterización y un estado del arte sobre manejo de riesgo, inundaciones y modelación con ayuda de software.
